ASKEND STUDIOS – REFUND POLICY

At Askend Studios, we stand behind the quality of every piece.
Because of the limited nature of our collections, refunds are accepted only under the conditions below.

Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:

• Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

• Item must be unworn

• Item must be unwashed

• Tags must remain attached

• Original packaging must be included

• No stains, odors, or signs of wear

Any item returned that does not meet these requirements will be rejected.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded:

• Limited edition drops

• Sale items

• Gift cards

• Items purchased with discount codes

• Any item marked Final Sale

Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review the issue.

Right to Refuse
Askend Studios reserves the right to deny any refund that does not meet our policy requirements.
