All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-demand drops, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Times

• Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing

• International: 7–21 business days after processing

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delays
Askend Studios is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
We are not responsible for lost or delivered packages due to incorrect information.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Askend Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed.
